Customs, Duties, and Taxes

My Pet Gears is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or taxes, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged item and Contact Us immediately. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly and will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
